Required Qualifications:

• Freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student status;
• Pursuing a degree in human services, education, or special education;
• Minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA;
• Full-time student;
• Demonstrate financial need.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Montana residents.
• Students participating in OUT at MSU Billings.
