John Self Rehabilitation Counseling Endowed Scholarship

Required Qualifications:

• Freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student status;
• Pursuing a Masters in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling or a human services field, or a Bachelors in Rehabilitation & Related Services or a human services field;
• Undergraduates must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; graduate students must have a minimum 3.75 cumulative GPA;
• Full-time student;
• Graduate students must have an approved Plan of Study.
