Art Endowed Scholarship
The Art Endowed Scholarship was established in 1985 by Alan Newberg, an emeritus art faculty member. In 1991, Donna Loos, a local artist, contributed to the fund. The purpose of the scholarship endowment is to provide financial assistance to art majors at MSU Billings. The first scholarship was first awarded in academic year 1988-1989.
Impact
“I am pursuing a degree at MSU Billings because I really enjoy the visual language course and the idea of images as a visual language… This money will help me purchase art supplies, so thank you very much for the opportunity and the support.” – John A., Art major
