City College Opportunity Endowed Scholarship
The City College Opportunity Scholarship Endowment was established in February 2011 as a result of the Opportunity Campaign for MSU Billings Scholarships by an anonymous donor. The donors feel blessed to be in a position to share the results of their efforts and good fortune and wish to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in a two-year program at the City College at MSU Billings. Through their generosity, future City College students will have the opportunity to fulfill their dreams and realize their potential. The first scholarship will be awarded in academic year 2013-2014.
