David and Barbara Hawkins Endowed Scholarship
During the 1999 Wine and Food Festival Lots of Scholarship Auction, David and Barbara Hawkins gave a gift to establish the David and Barbara Hawkins Endowed Scholarship. The husband-wife team built houses and office buildings around Billings and decided they wanted to provide scholarship assistance to employees, spouses, or children of employees of their businesses who were students at MSU Billings. The first scholarship was awarded in academic year 2001-2002.
