Donald E. Fox Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Donald E. Fox was the controller at Eastern Montana College (now MSU Billings). After Don passed away in 1988 from cancer, family and friends established the Donald E. Fox Memorial Scholarship to honor Don and his years of service to MSU Billings. The first scholarship was awarded in academic year 1989-1990.
