Empowering Indigenous Educators Scholarship

The donor organization has a dream to provide an opportunity for someone from a Montana Native American tribal community to receive a high-quality education through MSU Billings in the field of education. Their hope is that the beneficiary of this scholarship will go on to become a teacher, counselor, or leader in education within a Montana tribal community, providing a high-quality education to children and inspiring a life-long passion for learning for generations to come. This scholarship is intended to remove financial barriers for someone from a tribe that wishes to pursue a teaching degree so they can make a lasting impact in their tribal community.
