Everett Arts & Sciences Endowed Scholarship

Karen Everett was born and raised in Sheridan, Wyo., and graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn., with a BA in English and from The University of Chicago with an MA in the Humanities. She taught English part-time at the former Eastern Montana College before becoming the first Arts and Sciences Advisor in 1985. She moved from that position to the Enrollment Management Office and then became the Registrar/Director of Admissions and Records for MSU Billings as well as Director of Student Services at the College of Technology (now City College), retiring in 2004. Having served on the MSU Billings Foundation’s scholarship committee for many years, she knows the value of the fundraising that the Foundation does to enhance the scholarship portfolio and gratefully adds this scholarship to that endowment.
