John and Claudia Decker Opportunity Endowed Scholarship
John and Claudia Decker established the John and Claudia Decker Opportunity Scholarship Endowment during the Opportunity Campaign for MSU Billings Scholarships. The Deckers wanted to help fulfill the vision of Dr. Ronald P. Sexton’s, former MSU Billings Chancellor and chair of the campaign, that students need assistance and an opportunity to go to college. John and Claudia felt student scholarships were a worthwhile cause and strongly supported the idea of providing financial assistance to MSU Billings students. The first scholarship was awarded for academic year 2016-2017.
