On April 14, 1989, the scholarship fund was officially renamed the Professor Ken Card Endowed Scholarship in honor of Dr. Card. Impact

“Once I saw MSUB’s campus and met their faculty, I instantly fell in love and I knew after my visit that I wanted to attend MSUB. I knew I wanted to major in Elementary Education and Special Education because I wanted and still want to make an impact on someone’s life just like mine when I was younger… Thank you.” – Mardee S., Elementary Education and Special Education double major
