Thomas Propp and Cindy Millard Endowed Scholarship
Thomas Propp and Cindy Millard are both alumni of MSU Billings, graduating with Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Services in 1993 and 1987, respectively. They appreciate the cost of higher education and wanted to help provide the opportunity for other students to pursue their dream of a college education. In 2014, Thom and Cindy established the Thomas Propp and Cindy Millard Scholarship Endowment, which will provide financial assistance to MSU Billings students for years to come. The first scholarship was awarded in academic year 2016-2017.
