Walter B. and Barbara J. Gulick Family Endowed Scholarship

The Walter B. and Barbara J. Gulick Family Endowed Scholarship provides funding for an upper division Honors Program student involved in an upper division research project (typically a year-long project). In addition to completing the MSU Billings online scholarship application, the applicant must (1) list the honors courses completed and the semester in which they were completed, (2) list the honor courses anticipated, (3) write a 300-500 word statement which describes the applicant’s research project indicating whether special materials or travel will be necessary to the research, what results are anticipated (e.g. a paper, exhibit, public presentation), and whether the applicant will enroll for independent study credits and for how many, (4) a working copy of the applicant’s most recent transcript (an unofficial transcript will suffice), and (5) a recommendation letter from the faculty member who will supervise the research.
