Kids Chance of Montana Scholarship

Eligibility

1. Applicant must be between the ages of 16-26 years of age.
2. Must have a high school diploma, GED, HiSet, or be a high school student in good standing (who will graduate in the current academic year).
3. Dependent of a parent or guardian who sustained a serious work-related injury or fatality.
4. Proceeds must be used for tuition, fees, room and board, books and required supplies. Proceeds will be paid directly to the educational institution.
5. Scholarship awards are contingent on availability of fund and may be renewed.

Submission requirements:

1. Submission of complete application
2. Essay responses to “A, B, C, D, and E in the “Getting to Know You” section of the application
3. Please provide responses to each on a separate page
