Required Qualifications:
1. Freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior status;
2. Demonstrate financial need.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. First preference to graduates from high schools in Sheridan County, Montana;
2. Second preference to a student pursuing a degree in Education;
3. Third preference to graduates from rural Montana high schools.
