Gary Bentz Biology Potential Scholarship

Required Qualifications
*Biology major;
*Senior;
*Assuming satisfactory academic performance where student continues on the graduate program track, the recipient of the prior year’s James and Miriam Pickens Biology Potential Scholarship will receive the Gary Bentz Biology Potential Award;
*Faculty nomination for students who demonstrate academic potential to pursue graduate programs in the “sciences” is required unless student received James and Miriam Pickens Biology Potential Scholarship in prior year and has attained satisfactory academic performance;
*As this is a retention scholarship, donor prefers scholarship selection be made by a Science Department Committee.
