Required Qualifications

• Graduate student;
• Enrolled full-time;
• Enrolled in the Rehabilitation or Mental Health Counseling track in the Department of Rehabilitation & Human Services;
• Applicants must submit a personal essay or letter of intent reflecting the reason(s) the applicant is applying for the scholarship, their career goals and how their career goals will help to meet the needs of American Indians and Alaska Natives community in Montana. The essays weigh heavily toward the applicant’s ranking and are based on how well they’re written and how well the applicant expresses their career goals and desire to serve Native communities in Montana.
