• Applicant Requirements:
• Cascade county resident;
• College junior, senior or graduate student;
• Attending full time in fall semester 2025;
• Attending college or university accredited by NWCC, or another association recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

*Submission Requirements:

• Fully completed and signed application;
• Current college transcript;
• Two letters of reference;
• Copy of Student Aid Index;
• Copy of other financial aid awards.
