Jack and Isabel Haynes Endowed Scholarship

Required Qualifications:

• New incoming freshman;
• Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA;
• Minimum ACT composite score of 23 or minimum SAT score of 1130-1150 (see Additional Award Information below).
• Full-time student;
• Pursuing a Bachelors degree;
• Demonstrate financial need;
• Montana resident;
• Demonstrate outstanding leadership in high school;
• Music or Music Education majors or student-athletes do not qualify for this award.

Additional Award Information

• This is a renewable award. Recipients who continue to meet the continuation/renewal qualifications may receive this award, provided funding is available, up to four academic years or until the completion of their Bachelor’s degree, whichever comes first.
• The Montana Board of Regents has temporarily suspended the requirement that students seeking entry to MUS 4-year campuses submit ACT or SAT scores and has added new avenues for students to demonstrate proficiency in mathematics and writing. The suspension of testing requirements and the additional avenues for demonstrating college readiness are temporary and only effective through September 1, 2021.
